Jenna Swanson, DPT

Jenna has a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. She has experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), early intervention, and outpatient pediatric therapy. Jenna enjoys working with children and their families to develop the highest level of functional independence and to help children progress with their age appropriate gross motor skills. She believes that it is essential to promote gross motor development in the natural environment through therapeutic play and activities. Jenna believes that the family is essential to each child’s success, and she incorporates family education into each therapy session. Jenna enjoys working with children with a variety of diagnoses, including but not limited to: Developmental delay, prematurity, Hypotonia, Torticollis, Plagiocephaly, Down syndrome, and Cerebral palsy. Jenna has a passion for the profession of pediatric therapy, and she looks forward to sharing her enthusiasm with each child and family. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family, playing sports, and going to the beach.
